Keystone was founded by two real estate professionals whose careers span different but complementary sides of the industry. Simon brings commercial brokerage, leasing, investment and owner relationships. Justin brings real estate investment, property operations, construction and enterprise technology.

Together, we saw an opportunity to pair the systems and financial discipline of a sophisticated operator with a lean structure and direct access to principals. Clear responsibilities and useful information should make decisions easier for ownership.

Justin Novakovich

Justin is a real estate investor and operator with experience acquiring, repositioning and managing multifamily properties in Southern California and Nashville.

Through his real estate investment and property management businesses, he has developed hands-on expertise in property operations, construction management, vendor procurement, financial oversight and asset performance.

His background in enterprise technology and organizational operations informs a systems-driven approach to management, with an emphasis on efficient processes, transparency and practical execution. Having managed his own investments, he understands the consequences of operating and capital decisions from the owner’s perspective.

Simon Dillon

Simon is an experienced commercial real estate broker and investor with longstanding relationships throughout the Southern California market.

His background in commercial transactions, leasing, investment and ownership provides perspective on tenant demand, lease economics, property performance and long-term asset value.

At Keystone, Simon contributes commercial market expertise, strategic insight and a relationship-driven approach to serving property owners. His experience complements Justin’s operating background, connecting decisions at the property with the market in which it competes.
